Heat in the heart, stomach and small intestine manifested as ulcerations of the mouth and tongue and scanty, painful urination. *Use with Fresh rehmannia root (Shengdihuang) and Clematis stem (Mutong). somnia and forgetfulness. *Use with Ginseng (Renshen), Astragalus root (Huangqi), Chinese angelica root (Danggui) and Wild jujube seed (Suanzaoren) in the formula Guipi Tang. |
